Peter focuses on representing climate tech startups, CDR suppliers, and VCM marketplaces and platforms.
He provides legal and strategic advice on carbon credit and environmental benefit transactions related to nature-based and tech-based projects, both in the U.S. and internationally. Additionally, Peter advises on corporate matters and financing rounds for start-ups and emerging growth companies.
He speaks and conducts CLE training programs on VCM and carbon credit related matters.
Previously, Peter was a corporate and M&A partner at Dentons based in Berlin and New York and led the firm’s German energy practice.
He is qualified to practice law in New York and Germany.
